McDonald's in British Columbia

"Went through the drive thru at this mcdonalds. We were served at the intercom by some girl, when we got to the pay window we were helped by Brian who was super great, made us laugh and super helpful when our order got messed up over the intercom (not Brians fault but he helped correct it before we paid). We did however realize after that we also didn't get the 2nd jr chicken we ordered on the intercom but it was never added in and we didnt pay for it at least so not a huge deal and again not Brian's fault as he didnt take our order. The only reason I gave 5 stars was because of Brian and his great customer service!"

"We had our kid's birthday at the McDonald's in Aldergrove (Fraser Highway location), and it was perfect! Mya was our host and was fantastic—super helpful, made everything stress-free so we could just enjoy the kids. The place was already decorated when we arrived, goodie bags were great, pricing was affordable, and the kids had tons of fun. Mya even noticed our phone music and kindly lent her personal speaker for the birthday girl's favorite songs—what a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend this spot for kids' parties, especially with Mya. Thank you!"

Ive had employees say yes it is fresh and it isnt . Such a small thing to lie . Not accussing anyone. Weve all been there done that . Too busy and we must say what is conceinant . But it makes a world of difference to the consumers . Brian is such a great employee . So smart . He fixes app problems . Patcient . Over curtious and such a smart guy . Tbis is Aldergrove btw near hwy 13 on fraser hyw . A little mall . With a new Anyt..m fit....s. Not saying the name of the gym . Just in case ."
